My Jeep just crossed 199,000 miles this morning. I need a cigar for when Old Blue hits the promised land of 200k.
Do I want a new car? Sure
Do I want a car with both a heater & ac, not just ac? Sure
Do I want a car that can roll down all 4 windows and not just the driver side? Sure
Do I want a car that has an AUX plug in for my iPod so I don't have to use a tape deck/iPod combination? Of course.
But.
200k is the goal. 200k is the threshold. All other cars I'll have in my lifetime will be judged off Old Blue reaching the promised land of 200k miles.
